Although it sounds like a sit-com title, it actually is a story of when passion for food and health came together. Ten years in the making, we have experienced it all when it comes to unbalanced nutrition and unhealthy eating. With our penta-meal principle we were able to get it right without compromising on taste and quality. Instead of curbing our desires to eat our favorite foods (read: low carb pizzas), we were able to develop their healthy versions and include them in our training plans. From marathons to triathlons, amateur boxing to bodybuilding, precise nutrition connects them all. Expanding the idea with the team of onboard nutritionists and in-house star-chefs we extend the service forward to bring you the most easy, interesting, and tastier option to get fit, with pnut.fit

It all started with a bang, 10 years ago, with that perfect transformation. A regular corporate employee with self training and nutrition preparations aka "Lone wolf Dabbawala", as colleagues used to call him, becomes dabbawala for all, PNUT.

Abhimanyu Singh Yadav
Fitness enthusiast & Founder
Prior to PNUT Abhimanyu was a regular corporate joe with a focus towards fitness and transformation. Despite his busy work life with management consulting firms, he underwent various fitness transformations during his career. He is an avid fitness enthusiast who competed in various marathons, Olympic level triathlons, and other similar physical endurance events as an individual and a corporate representative. Combining his passion for fitness, health, and food, he was finally able to take the plunge and realize his long term dream of filling the void of right nutrition to drive fitness goals.
He pursued his MBA from TAPMI, and is a Chemical engineer from N.I.T Jalandhar. He has around 7 years of experience in the fields of management consulting with firms like Deloitte and Bain & Co.
Dt. Shilpa Marwah
Nutritional Scientist
Shilpa Marwah is a qualified nutritionist with an experience of more than 6 years. She did her masters from Panjab University Chandigarh and started her career as a dietitian with Artemis hospital.
In the fields of nutrition she has been associated with brands like Nestlé, Gsk, Tetrapak , Dabur and HCL healthcare.
Chef. Sanjeev Takyar
Consultant Master Chef
Chef Sanjeev Takyar has 30 Years of valuable culinary experience with reputed names in the Hospitality industry in India and overseas. He has worked with many 5 star hotels for 12 years and Carnival cruise lines for 1 year besides working with fine dining multi cuisine restaurants.
Chef Takyar is extensively trained in French, Italian, Creole, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Swiss, Pan Asian and American cuisine, hands on chef, could give cookery sessions to students.
His rich international experience includes 5 star properties like– Panaroma Resort & Spa, Switzerland, Coral Strand, Mahe, Seychelles, Dasman palace, Kuwait, The Prego (Italian restaurant of Westin Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, “Vaastu” at Guangzhou, China, Cruise at Miami and many more.
